SEEM Conclave 2024 – Report
Indian Energy Conclave 2024 held at India Islamic Cultural centre, New Delhi
The Indian Energy Conclave 2024 was organized as part of the SEEM National Energy Management Awards 2023 on 26th & 27th September 2024 at The Suryaa in New Delhi. Approximately 400 energy professionals attended the conclave.
On the 1st Day 26th September, the event commenced with a silent prayer, followed by a welcome address delivered by Mr. G. Krishnakumar, General Secretary of SEEM. Mr. Jayakumar, National President of SEEM, then delivered the presidential address. Shri. Sanil Namboothiripad, MD, OTPC officially inaugurated the event by Watering the plant, joined by other dignitaries and delivered the inaugural address. Mr. Jayesh Darji, Treasurer of SEEM, offered the vote of thanks.
This opening ceremony was followed by the technical sessions. Mr Sanjiv Gopal, Chief of Strategy, Asar presented on the topic of DIA- Sustainability in built environment. A question and answer session followed by the presentation. Mr Harshal Limdi, General Manager, Corporate Sustainability, JSW presented on Sustainability- Only imperative before humanity. Mr. Jayakumar, National President SEEM and Managing Director Sustenergy Foundation enlightened us on the topic “Electrical Safety for Facility performance excellence”. Mr. Vivek Prakash, Director, Chilton Refrigeration presented on the topic “Ecofriendly chilling solution for facility”. Dr.Shivani Sharma, Principal Consultant, Hitachi Energy presented on the topic “Technologies for Sustainability”. A question and answer session followed these presentations.

Dr. Rajesh Arora Senior Manager (Technical) DTL presented on the topic “Safety for Sustainability”. Mr. Neeraj Chawla, National Coordinator, The Climate Reality Project, India & South Asia, Founder, Winnerspitch Energy a Solar Roof top IPP/EPC company Emission Tracking for Low carbon future. Dr.Sathish Suri, Managing Director, GreenPath Energy & Sustainability Services – Decarbonisation strategies for industries. A question and answer session followed these presentations.
